Our custom-designed ultrasonic cleaners are tailored to tackle the most intricate cleaning challenges, targeting even the tiniest and toughest-to-reach ink cells on rollers. This technology excels in efficiently eliminating contaminants and ink residues. By generating millions of micro-metric bubbles that implode upon contact with rollers at high pressure, our ultrasonic cavitation process offers a gentler alternative to manual scrubbing, ensuring surface integrity.
Ultrasonic technology harnesses ultrasonic waves for a thorough and cost-effective cleaning approach. Our ultrasonic cleaners adeptly remove dry ink residues from Anilox and Gravure cells using a water and detergent solution. When the cleaner is activated, transducers create micro-metric bubbles that forcefully implode upon contact with the rolls. This process, known as ultrasonic cavitation, penetrates even the smallest voids, ensuring complete ink residue removal without compromising the surface.
